New requirement Port Maquarie area
Mon, 30/03/2009 - 16:25 — Jason RogersSSO of the Mid-north coast has asked that I make all my flying contacts aware of a new requirement for flying in the Port Macquarie area. Now radio is to be carried and HGFA frequencies monitored. All flying sites, coastal and inland. Apparently this relates to being able to clear the air to allow rescue helicopters to fly in.
