Newcastle Hang Gliding Club

The feedback we have had in the past is that most people would rather pay for a meal in the restaurant than take a chance on the finger food. So this year we are going to subsidise a $25 meal, for members only. You pay $20 and the club pays $5, non-members pay $25. So pay your fees online or on the night to get the discount. $5 is a third of your club fee. Last year we spent more than that on finger food and some people missed out.

If your wondering wether your membership is current then click "Current Financial Members" under the "Info" menu above. We will have a laptop connected to the web so that you can pay yours fees and/or pay for your meal online with a credit card, PayPal or direct deposit. Even cash if you want to.

Your meal will be delivered in the Butler room at 6:30pm which will be set up accordingly. The meeting will commence at the normal time of 7:30pm when we will vote in a new board. That board will conduct a vote on the nominations for club awards and the recipients will receive a trophy on the night that will be engraved later. Dawson is putting up another post asking for those nominations. There will be some flying videos as well so all in all it should be a fun night.

This is the menu;

Entrees:
• 1. Home made pumpkin soup served with garlic bread
• 2. Garlic King Prawns served on Coconut and Spinach risotto

Mains:
• 1. 200 gram sirloin steak topped with mushroom sauce
• 2. Supreme of chicken served with Potato and Vegetables.

It's an alternate drop. That's right, if you don't get what you like then you'll have to swap.

Unless, of course, you are a vego because we have organised this special main menu for you;

Vegetarian Option:
• Roasted Vegetable and Tomato Risotto topped with shaved parmesan Cheese.

Now we can't do this unless we have a good idea of numbers a week before the AGM. We need at least 20. Family members are welcome.
