Two days in a row!!! tooo good to be true!!

After watching Kieran Black give his fun a workout above the restaurant I was keen for a fly myself.

At strezzie launch Gary P was eyeing out the conditions as well. It was blowing 18 to 23 Kn from the SE and I thought it wiser to go to Dixon Park. Gary needed a pit stop and decided Dixon Park was as good a place as any, off we went.

After a quick set up at Dixon I ran off down the bottom and first tried to get thru towards Scenic but it was obvious the fun wasn't coping with the headwind. Strength was also dropping and with my substantial mass dune hooning was not an option.

Merewether was my next plan of attack and I did not waste any time heading off that way. Unfortunately decided not to land on top and turn the camera around, although the thought crossed my mind. Would have gotten some interesting footage if I had done so!!

My before mentioned mass, coupled with my caution that comes with ageing, and the accompanying loss of eyesight(give me a stick, or put me out of my misery ) put me a little wide of the lift band and consequently I decked it around the corner. Any way that’s my story and I’m sticking to it!!
