Ok, I found it, but it's not on that image from what I can see.
They're saying somewhere between 600'/m and 700'/m at yarrawa. up to 800'/m north of Denman

Well, from what I can tell, it's saying that at 1pm tomorrow, we can expect 4knots SSW at 1600'AMSL, increasing to 9knots SSW at 8500' SW AMSL. Cloud base should be at about 6000' with the thermals continuing up to about 8500'. Maybe that means that the clouds are going to be two and a half grand thick?
I'm not sure where it tells us how strong the thermals are expected to be.
