Newcastle Hang Gliding Club

This will be the AGM and, as is customary, we will be organizing some finger food. While you nibble you can renew your fees and think about your vote for NHGC logo. If you can't make it then please email me your vote and I will make a proxy vote for you on the night.

I will have a print out of members, their financial status and their contact details so if you have changed your street address, email address or phone number then let me know.

Because there will be catering we will start the meeting at 7pm, in the Butler Room, out the back on the ground floor.
