Wednesday 29th September 2010, 7:00pm

Newcastle South Leagues Club, Merewether.

We're starting this meeting at 7:00pm sharp, half an hour earlier than normal to accommodate the VHF endorsement Clinic which will start as soon as general business is completed.

If you have any items to add to the agenda, please come along early, or send them to the committee before hand.

VHF Endorsements Clinic

At last nights meeting, Scott volunteered to hold a VHF endorsements clinic at the end of next month's meeting.

We will be starting the meeting half an hour early to accommodate the VHF Clinic, with the clinic coming as soon as general business is completed.

XC Round 2/3 Oct 2010

Round 3 is up for this coming weekend, but there's been much disucssion about the viability of having a comp round on a long weekend.

A bunch of the pilots in the comp will be at Manilla, but many others are unable to drive that far for a single day, and are unable to get away for the weekend.

The options we're left with are:

a limited comp round where few pilots will be able to attend
no round this month
an "OLC" round - you fly where you are and we score that flight
